Gost r certification of Russian crane

The two main regulatory bases for GOST-R certification and RTN certification of hoisting machinery are: technical rules for safety of mechanical equipment (TP) and regulations for design and safe use of hoisting machinery. It is worth noting that the RTN license is no longer required for the technical equipment (including cranes) used in hazardous production that have passed the cu-tr certification and obtained the TR certificate; RTN license should be provided for the equipment that only pass gost r certification.

The basic procedure of gost certification is to examine the production qualification and quality control of crane enterprises. Taking the tower crane as an example, the necessary technical document "technical specification for tower crane" (also known as "product passport") in the gost certification process of the tower crane is required to include the description of the lifting characteristics of the tower crane, with emphasis on the minimum operating temperature of the tower crane (including the main electrical components), the materials (especially the low temperature performance) of the main structural steel, hook and lifting wire rope. The technical points of the certification mainly include: the tower crane must be equipped with parameter recorder (i.e. multi-function display instrument and black box), the boom must be equipped with indicator board of boom length and lifting weight of corresponding points, the identification of lifting weight of hook, the power supply and switch of field and cab lighting and other electrical independence, the pressure weight and counterweight to prevent sliding and falling, and the fixed connection shall be increased In order to prevent the tower crane from losing stability after the running wheel is cracked, the large-scale requirements such as installing anti-collision system and ladder width not less than 500mm for tower crane group operation, installing heating equipment in the cab, electric windscreen wiper and ensuring good ventilation, etc.
