The electric control part of the hoist can be equipped with a complete set of ordinary electric control, PLC electric control or variable frequency electric control. Provide dynamic braking upon request.

1. Ordinary electric control

Main configuration: stator screen, rotor screen, relay screen, dynamic brake screen, control screen, metal resistor

Working principle: The speed control method of series resistance is to connect a metal resistance in the rotor circuit of the wound asynchronous motor, and use the controller to gradually cut off the resistance to adjust the speed.

Advantages: The one-time investment cost is small, and the equipment is simple and convenient to maintain.

Disadvantages: waste of resources after equipment operation and poor speed regulation performance.

2. PLC electronic control

Main configuration: power reversing cabinet, console, power control cabinet, rotor control cabinet, auxiliary PLC console, tachogenerator, shaft encoder, etc.

Working principle: Double PLC control is adopted to meet the requirements of the protection two-wire system in the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines". In addition to completing the logical operation of the manual and semi-automatic operation of the winch, it also receives the pulse signal from the shaft encoder through the high-speed counter module, and performs precise calculations. Display the position and speed of the cage (or minecart), and provide reliable soft deceleration point, overspeed, and soft overwind protection based on this.

Advantages: The system is safe and reliable, the equipment is small in size, and it is convenient to install and debug.

3. Frequency conversion electric control

Main configuration: console, power supply cabinet, resistance cabinet, inverter cabinet

Working principle: The variable frequency speed regulation method is an asynchronous or synchronous motor. The method of changing the stator frequency to change the synchronous speed of the motor is used to achieve speed regulation.

Advantages: stepless speed regulation, energy saving, good motor performance, stable work.
