Installation points of gantry crane

In the lifting industry, there is a jargon called "three points of quality and seven points of installation". It can be seen that the installation of gantry crane is very important. China has very strict requirements for special equipment, and the installation of special equipment must be carried out with certificates. Today, I'll tell you what the key points of its installation are.

• Point 1: check and mark all components before installation. First, the main beam is installed on the ground: the main beam is hoisted in sequence, and the crosswalk is installed, waiting for the next step.
• Point 2: the large wheel box group is installed on the track of the crane, and the diagonal is pulled to fix the best position. One leg and wheel box are assembled by crane through pins and other fasteners. The other end is fixed on the anchor with steel wire rope and manual hoist. Then use the same method to assemble the other side (pay attention that the legs on both sides are perpendicular to the ground to ensure the accuracy of the installation dimension of the main beam).
• Point 3: use two truck cranes to slowly lift one side of the main beam, put it on the leg, find a suitable position, and then use fasteners to firmly connect the connecting plate between the lower beam and the leg support. The main beam is installed on the other side.
• Point 4: hoist the trolley on the trolley track with gantry crane, adjust it to the best state, and fix all control rooms, railings and other accessories at the specified position according to the function of the crane.
• Point 5: after completing the above work, the machine starts to install electrical equipment and circuits. After all installation work is completed, the gantry crane equipment must be tested to meet the requirements of the quality inspection department before it can be put into use smoothly.

When installing gantry cranes for customers, we should make construction plans, equip professional installation personnel, accurately install them according to the drawings, ensure that they pass the national acceptance, and escort the safe operation and use of customers.
