Installation requirements for track beams of bridge cranes
The bridge crane is a kind of hoisting machinery installed on the upper part of the workshop, and its running track needs to have a track beam to bear the weight. When the track beam is installed, it needs to meet certain standards to avoid the inability to install the cart track in the later stage .
The user’s workshop is generally built with two materials: concrete and steel structure. The editor will introduce the requirements of the following two plant structure track beams:
Requirements for concrete track beams
- When making concrete track beams, it is necessary to ensure that the position deviation of the reserved bolt holes along the transverse and longitudinal directions of the beam is ≤5mm, and the bolt hole diameter is 2-7mm larger than the bolt diameter. The top surface of the beam is required to be flat, but not smooth.
- The installation deviation of the track beam must meet the following requirements, otherwise concrete leveling is allowed after the track beam is adjusted.
- ①The deviation of the beam center position to the design positioning axis ≤5mm.
- ②The deviation of the elevation of the top surface of the beam from the design elevation +10mm-5mm.
- ③The reserved bolt hole on the beam and the displacement deviation of the reserved bolt to the beam center ≤ 5mm.
- Construction requirements for concrete screed
- ① The strength grade of the concrete screed is C30, and the thickness is 30-50mm.
- ②Before the construction of the concrete leveling layer, the installation deviation of the track beam should be checked as required. If it does not meet the requirements, the track beam should be adjusted. ③According to the measured elevation of the track beam surface, determine a suitable control elevation of the top surface of the concrete leveling layer, and set a reference point for the elevation control on the track beam every 214~310m.
- ④Measure with an instrument, adjust the elevation of the reference point, determine the reference line of the top surface elevation of the leveling layer, then install the template, remove the debris on the top surface of the track beam and the bolt hole, block the upper hole of the bolt hole, and sprinkle water The concrete can be poured after it is wet.
- ⑤The top surface of the leveling layer must be leveled and calendered. There should be no exposed stones and unevenness. It is not allowed to use the method of laying cement mortar on the surface for leveling.
- ⑥ The top surface of the leveling layer must meet the following requirements during the construction: the top surface unlevelness within the width of 400mm at the bolt is ≤5mm; the top elevation difference at any 610m length of the house bolt is ±3mm; each along the entire length The elevation difference of the top surface at the bolt is ±5m.
- ⑦The concrete adopts mechanical mixing, and the maintenance should be strengthened during construction. When the concrete test block reaches 75% of the design value of strength, the track installation can be carried out.
Requirements for steel structure track beams
- The mid-span verticality of the track beam is ≤h/500, where h is the beam height of the track beam.
- The horizontal side bend of the track beam is less than or equal to l/1500, and the net 10mm, l is the beam length of the track beam.
- The vertical arch of the track beam is less than or equal to 10mm.
- The deviation between the center position of the track beam and the design positioning axis is less than or equal to 5mm. If it does not meet the requirements, the track beam positioning should be adjusted before the track can be installed.
- The height difference of the top surface of the track beam of the same cross section in the same span is ≤10mm at the support, and ≤15m at other places.
- The height difference of the top surface of the track beam between two adjacent columns in the same row is ≤l/1500, and ≯10mm, where l is the beam length of the track beam.
- At the joints of adjacent 2 track beams, the height difference between the top surfaces of the 2 track beams is ≤1mm, and the center lateral displacement is ≤3mm.
