Preparation before installation of electric single beam crane

In addition to the installation by professional installation personnel, the installation of the crane also requires a lot of preparations before installation to ensure the normal lifting of the crane. Next, I will introduce what preparations the crane needs to do before installation.

1. Open the box and check the crane to the installation site.

• 1.1 whether the technical documents of the equipment are complete or not, the documents shall include: Product Certificate (I), installation, acceptance and use of maintenance instructions (I), installation and installation of additional drawings (I), repair and use of sucker rod. Additional drawings of programmable parts (I).
• 1.2 according to the packing list of equipment, check whether the type, specification and quantity of equipment, materials and accessories meet the requirements of design and equipment technical documents, and whether there are complete factory certificates and necessary factory test records.
• 1.3 check whether the electromechanical equipment is damaged and rusted under transportation, and whether the steel wire rope is damaged due to rust, bending, kink, cracking, looseness and other phenomena.
• 1.4 check whether the minimum safety distance between the crane and the building meets the requirements.
• 1.5 before installing the crane, the crawler and gear of the crane shall be checked in detail to see whether they meet the requirements of Chapter 3 of jbj31-96 code for construction and acceptance of crane equipment installation engineering.
• 1.6 remove impurities from the installation site and set up obvious construction signs around the construction site.
• 1.7 be familiar with the technical data of crane installation and master the technical data related to crane installation.
• 1.8 compared with the technical requirements of the attached drawings and relevant installation technical documents, the specific installation procedures are studied in detail.
• 1.9 defects and excessive errors caused by improper handling and storage shall be adjusted and repaired according to the technical requirements. The defects of metal structural parts must be corrected on the ground, otherwise they shall not be erected.
• 1.10 the ground is anchored on both sides of the support legs.
