1. Basic requirements for driver operation

On the premise of strictly complying with various rules and regulations, crane drivers should do the following five points in operation.

1. Steady. During the operation of the crane, the driver must start, brake smoothly, and the hooks, spreaders and hanging objects must not swing.

2. Accurate. On the basis of stable operation, hooks, spreaders and hanging objects should be accurately stopped and landed above the designated position.

3. Fast. On the basis of stability and accuracy, coordinate the actions of the corresponding mechanism, shorten the working cycle time, ensure the continuous operation of the crane, and improve the production efficiency.

4. Security. To ensure that the crane works reliably and effectively under intact conditions, in operation, strictly implement the crane safety technical operating procedures, and no personal and equipment accidents occur.

5. Reasonable. On the basis of understanding and mastering the crane performance and the mechanical characteristics of the motor, according to the specific conditions of the crane, the controller is correctly operated and reasonable control is achieved.

2. General

1. Male and female workers who have reached the age of 18 have passed physical examinations, received special safety education and specialized training in crane operation, under the leadership of veteran workers, the internship expires one year, passed the training and examination of the Labor Bureau, and obtained special work operations. Only those who have the certificate can operate the crane independently and put it into work.

2. The driver should have common knowledge about the performance and purpose of all crane mechanisms and devices, as well as all electrical equipment, have knowledge of operation and maintenance of all mechanisms and practical operation skills, and be familiar with the meaning of various lifting command signals.

3. The driver is not allowed to smoke, eat, read books or newspapers during operation, and strictly abide by labor discipline.

3. The responsibilities of the driver at work

1. Strictly abide by the shift shift system, and do a good job shift .

2. Perform a comprehensive inspection of the crane. After confirming that everything is normal, push the main switch of the protective cabinet, and perform empty-car test runs of each mechanism several times, carefully check the sensitivity and reliability of the safety interlock switches and limit switches. , And record it in the handover logbook.

4. The responsibilities of the driver in the operation work

1. In the following situations, the driver should issue a warning signal

⑴ Just before starting the crane after starting;

⑵When it is close to other cranes on the same floor;

⑶When lifting and lowering the hanging objects;

⑷When the hanging object approaches the ground staff during lifting;

⑸When the crane is operating with objects hanging above the hoisting channel;

⑹When the equipment fails during the lifting process of the crane.

2. It is not allowed to use the stopper as a means of stopping when the power is cut off.

3. It is strictly forbidden to lift goods to pass or stay above people's heads. The hanging objects should be moved along the safe passage for lifting.

4. When operating the electromagnetic chuck or grab bucket crane, it is forbidden for anyone to work or pass under the moving hanging objects. Dangerous areas should be delineated and warning signs should be set up to attract people's attention.

5. Crane drivers must do "ten no cranes"

⑴ The command signal is not clear or the command is not suspended in violation of regulations;

⑵ Do not hang when overloaded;

⑶ Workpieces or hanging objects are not tied tightly and do not hang;

⑷Someone does not hang on the hanging object;

⑸If the safety device is not complete or the action is not sensitive, the failure will not hang;

⑹The workpiece is buried underground, and is not hung with the ground building or equipment;

⑺ Dim light and unclear vision;

⑻Range objects shall not be hung without anti-cutting measures;

⑼ Pull the workpiece obliquely without hanging;

⑽If the ladle is too full, there is a danger of spilling. Do not hang;

6.The responsibilities of the driver after the work is completed

1. The hook should be raised to a height close to the upper limit position, and slings, objects, etc. are not allowed to hang.

2. Park the lifting trolley at the end of the main beam far away from the trolley's sliding contact line, and must not be placed in the middle of the span; the trolley should be driven to a fixed parking position.

3. Electromagnetic suction cups and grab bucket cranes, the suction cups or grab buckets should be placed on the ground and not suspended in the air;

4. All controller handles should return to the zero position, turn the emergency switch to open the circuit, pull down the protection cabinet knife switch, close the driver's cab door and get off the car.

5. The large and small vehicles of the crane working in the open air, especially the large vehicles, should be fixed firmly to prevent them from being blown away by the strong wind.

6. The driver should inspect the crane when it leaves work, record the problems and inspections that occurred during the work in the handover record book, and hand it over to the successor.
