The chain hoist has a wide range of applications as an excellent hoist. In addition to being used with overhead cranes or jib cranes, it can also be used alone as a light lifting device to provide services for special working environments. Today we share an order for chain hoists from the UAE. The customer hopes to use the chain hoist in a fixed position with a lifting weight of 1 ton.
According to customer needs, we decided to use a fixed chain hoist. The suspension can be attached to an I-beam girder quickly, easily and securely with the connecting elements included with the delivery. It can also be bolted to steel structures or ceilings with suitable fastening materials.
Despite its fixed installation, this solution is also versatile, as the chain hoist can be suspended from a different position with little effort if required. Possible applications for a chain hoist with a fixed suspension include the opening and closing of installation components, such as furnace lids, as well as the removal of machine parts for maintenance purposes.
