China to become Uzbekistan's largest source of car imports in 2022

The Statistical Committee directly under the President of Uzbekistan reported on February 3 that Uzbekistan’s imports of machinery and transportation equipment in 2022 will reach 9.6483 billion US dollars, an increase of 1.396 billion US dollars year-on-year, an increase of 16.9%, accounting for 31.4% of the total imports.

Ukrainian cars are imported from 34 countries, and the main sources of imports are: China 11,159 vehicles, with a total value of 3.6445 billion US dollars, accounting for 37.8% of the total automobile imports; South Korea 9,414 vehicles, with a total value of 1.5471 billion US dollars, accounting for 16%; Kazakhstan 7208 vehicles; Nga 1499; 555 in the US; 157 in Nhật bản.
