After receiving the deposit from client, DQCRANE sent the fabrication drawing of girder and end carriages, but there is one problem, client site already have a girder finished

In this way, DQCRANE need to reconsider main girder and end carriages design, the end carriages design must be matched perfectly with the existing girder in client site. After several times communications, DQCRANE crane sent the suitable design of end carriages, which is confirmed by both parties. Another DQCRANE need to pay attention to is the hoists dimensions, DQCRANE should ensure the hoists to mount on the girder and performance well.

During production, DQCRANE kept all the details in mind, because this time it is not providing a whole crane but parts of crane, each carelessness will lead to unimaginable results. Upon receiving the balance payment, DQCRANE sent cranes to port after packing, in the port, DQCRANE will take pictures of loading and update to the client, to make sure that client know the status of goods

For each shipment, DQCRANE will sent port loading pictures and each shipment will be fastening to avoid any damage during transportation, if client has special requirements, they will inform in advance, DQCRANE will try to meet the demands.

After almost 30 days sea shipping time, client got the goods in order and in short time, they finished the installation and commissioning
