Crane safety technical file management system

The safety technical files of lifting machinery are important materials that facilitate daily management and provide work witnesses. According to the "Regulations", a complete management system must be formulated for lifting machinery.

Crane must do a good job in file management

The management of the safety technical files of the lifting machinery user unit shall:

1. The lifting machinery management department (management staff) shall establish a technical file of each lifting machinery, including at least:

a) "Special Equipment Registration Form";

b) Crane design documents, manufacturing units, product quality certificates, instructions for use and maintenance, electrical schematic diagrams and other random documents, as well as installation technical documents and materials;

c) Lifting machinery acceptance inspection, periodic inspection and periodic self-inspection records;

d) Daily use status records of lifting appliances;

e) Daily maintenance records of lifting machinery and its safety accessories, safety protection devices, measurement and control devices and related auxiliary instruments and meters;

f) Records of operating failures and accidents of cranes and emergency rescue drills;

g) Product order, installation, modification and maintenance contracts;

h) Equipment modification and overhaul plan, modification and maintenance status records;

i) A copy of the "safety inspection qualified" logo.

2. Each lifting appliance shall be numbered uniformly for daily management.

3. Relevant personnel should fill in relevant records in time and store them in corresponding technical files.

4. The technical files are kept by the safety management personnel of the hoisting machinery. If other personnel need to use them, they should go through the registration procedures for borrowing and return them in time after use.

5. The technical archives of lifting machinery are permanently preserved, and the technical archives can only be destroyed when the lifting machinery is scrapped or dismantled.

The crane user unit should have a dedicated person responsible for file management and do a good job in file management.
