When you need to use PLC for programming, you should pay attention to the modularization of related programs as much as possible, and reduce the connection between the module and the main program, so that it can be transplanted in similar applications in the future.

The PLC control system can detect and control the faults of the double-beam bridge crane, assist in fault finding, and avoid fault expansion: In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to collect as much system information as possible on the PLC. It is recommended to use PLC to collect the position signal of each device. This includes but is not limited to circuit breakers, contactors, relays, brakes, limit switches, safety devices, etc. If all the signals are collected, we can know exactly whether each instruction is executed correctly after it is issued. If you find that the instruction is not executed correctly, you should immediately call the police, stop the operation or execute the fault handling program to avoid further expansion of the fault. The fault location of the double-beam bridge crane is analyzed for reference by maintenance personnel.
