1. Problems of using concrete crane Rail beam

After the on-site track connecting bolts are broken, the bent bolts are difficult to remove and penetrate, and the pre-embedded bolts cannot be processed on-site. 3. Implementation plan and application

To try to realize the effective positioning and fixing of the track without replacing the crane rail beam, firstly, the structural size of the crane rail beam was measured, and the analysis concluded that the track can be fixed by local steel structure fixing.

Rail fixation scheme

After the rail bolt is broken, the rail mainly undergoes lateral displacement. In order to achieve accurate positioning of the rail, steel structure fasteners can be designed and manufactured, and the two-way lateral displacement of the rail can be controlled by the reinforced side plate on the side of the rail beam.

4. Precautions for the production and installation of steel structure fasteners

  • (1) In order to reduce the production and installation weight of steel structural parts and reduce the difficulty of on-site installation, according to the length of the crane rail beam, it can be manufactured and installed in sections. The two components can be connected by an integral pad to connect the fixing effect of the components into a whole. To increase the overall strength.
  • (2) In order to ensure the effect of track positioning, the width of the upper end surface of the crane rail beam must be measured on site, and the width of the steel structure must be controlled within 5mm of the size of the installation site.
  • (3) The thickness of the overall backing plate shall not be greater than the thickness of the original installed track backing plate. During the on-site installation, the height difference of the track can be adjusted by adding an adjusting backing plate. (The overall modification can determine the thickness of the overall backing plate through full-line measurement)
  • (4) The rail clamp is modified to an adjustable rail clamp (standard part, can be ordered), which is welded and connected to the backing plate by welding, and the arrangement distance of the rail clamp meets the design specifications for rail installation.
