Inspection of various parts of single girder crane

In order to prolong the service life of single-beam cranes and reduce the incidence of failures, companies that use single-beam cranes must do a good job of checking parts, including crane rails, hooks, wire ropes, pulleys, drums and other components. The inspection content mainly includes the following points:

1.  Metal structure inspection
   1.  The main force-bearing components (such as main beams, spreader beams, etc.) have no obvious deformation, and should be scrapped if they are found to fail to meet the requirements of the safety technical specifications and GB 6067;
   2.  There are no obvious visible welding defects in the connection welds of the metal structure, no loosening of bolts and pins, no missing parts, damage and other defects;
2.  Orbit
   • Check whether there is obvious looseness in the rails of the crane and trolley, and whether it affects its operation.
3.  Móc
   1. The hook shall be equipped with anti-decoupling device in accordance with the regulations, and it is effective; the hook shall not be repaired by welding.
4.  Dây thừng
   •  The wire rope used in the hoisting machinery matches the pulley and drum to meet the requirements of GB 6067
   •  The rope end of the steel wire rope is fixed firmly and reliably, and the pressure plate when the pressure plate is fixed is not less than 2 (no less than 3 electric hoists). In addition to the number of turns of the fixed wire rope, at least 2 turns of the wire rope are kept on the drum for safety lock up;
   •  Whether there are defects such as broken wires, broken strands, bending, flattening, plastic deformation, and corrosion.
5.  Pulley
   • Whether there is damage, whether there is any situation that affects the service life of the wire rope.
6.  Reel
   • Whether there are defects such as wear and cracks
7.  Rope guide device
   • The reel of the rope guide device can effectively arrange the rope in the entire working range without jamming.
8.  Open gear
   • Whether there are broken teeth, wear and other defects.
9.  Bánh xe
   • Check whether the tread of the wheel is worn and whether the rim is damaged.

During the inspection, the parts that need to be replaced should be replaced in time to avoid affecting normal operation.
