Installation and maintenance of explosion-proof electric single beam crane

The explosion-proof electric single-girder crane is suitable for environments with explosive gas. Its installation and maintenance affect the normal use of the crane. The editor briefly introduces the installation and maintenance of the explosion-proof electric single-girder crane.

1. Installation

1. Install the driving device of the crane operating mechanism on the beam at the user site.

2. Connect the main beams with bolts as shown in the figure. It should be noted that the bolts here are torsional strength bolts (its performance can be sufficient to ensure the connection strength of the main beams, and the main beams should be connected with the beams during installation. The burrs should be cleaned before assembly , When the main and end beams are connected and installed, the paint on the contact surfaces of the main and end beams must be removed to reach the original rough surface contact.

3. Assemble the terminal travel switch of the crane and the operation control box and other electrical appliances on the beam, connect the relevant electrical parts, and debug the two running motors to make their rotations consistent.

4. The electric hoist can be pre-installed on the main beam and erected on the track together with the crane, or it can be erected separately.

5. Explosion-proof single-beam cranes are generally operated on the ground. If you need to operate the driver's cab, please consult with our unit to determine.

6. The power lead-in device needs to adopt the soft cable lead-in method. The specific installation method can be considered according to the length of the user's workshop and the weight of the cable.

7. Install all electrical circuits. After installation, ensure that the crane movement direction is consistent with the control direction.

Two, use

1. Test run: Under no-load conditions, turn on the power supply, start and check all operating mechanisms, control systems and safety devices. They should be sensitive, accurate, safe and reliable before they can be used.

2. Do not exceed the specified lifting capacity.

3. Don't hang items diagonally along the main beam.

Three, maintenance

1. The user should be able to find out whether there is any abnormality in each part of the crane frequently and in time. Especially if the connection of the main beam is not welded, the user should be able to check whether the connecting bolt is abnormal. Check whether the fastening bolts of the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof control box and the explosion-proof electrical equipment are firm.

2. Lubrication

(1) Calcium-based grease is injected from the grease nipple 5 to lubricate the wheel bearings; it is recommended not to refuel once more than three months.

(2) Remove the oil plug 8 and inject oil with a viscosity of 5.11-5.89°E50. It is recommended that the oil should not be changed once more than half a year.

(3) Grease (GB491-87) should be frequently applied to the open gears Z3 and Z4 to ensure the lubrication of the open gears.

3. Check the wheels at any time, there should be no cracks, indentations and excessive wear. If the depth of the above defects exceeds 3mm, it should be scrapped immediately. Replace with a new wheel. Replacement method: unscrew bolt 1, remove cover plate 2, and then loosen the bolts. 6. Limit the lower baffle plate 7, remove the wheel axle 4, and then the wheel can be taken out and replaced. When assembling, proceed in reverse order.

5. When the crane brake is not working properly, adjust the tension of the brake spring of the motor, as shown in the figure: Remove the back cover 6, loosen the screw 5, tighten the adjusting nut 4, loosen one and a half turns, and fix the adjusting nut 4. OK, the adjustment is complete.
