1. Structure

The four-rope grab structure is mainly composed of four parts:

2. Purpose

The four-rope grab is mainly used in conjunction with the bridge crane to grab all kinds of loose deposits, and perform operations such as loading, unloading, turning and feeding.

3.Working principle

On the bridge crane, there are two sets of motor drums (namely electric hoist). Each set of drums leads to two wire ropes, two of which are rooted in a group and are respectively rooted at the ends of the grab balance frame for support, and the other set of wire ropes The pulley passing through the upper beam and the pulley of the lower beam form a pulley block, which plays the role of opening and closing the bucket.

At the beginning of the work, support the wire rope to hoist the grab in the proper position, and then lower the opening and closing wire rope. At this time, the weight of the lower beam forces the large axis of the beam below the bucket part to open the bucket part. When the bucket part is opened to the two lugs When the bumps collide, the bucket opens to the maximum limit. When the bucket is opened, the center distance between the upper beam pulley and the lower beam pulley is increased, and then the wire rope is supported to fall, and the opened grab is dropped on the loose accumulation to be grasped, and then the opening and closing steel ropes are folded, and the upper beam pulley is closed. The center distance with the lower beam pulley is restored to the original position, thus completing the material grabbing process. The closed bucket is filled with materials, and finally the opening and closing wire rope is lifted, the entire grab is also hoisted, and moved to the required unloading site by the crane, and the bucket is opened to unload the taken materials.

4. Use and maintenance matters

1. When using, first remove the fixed block on the grab so that the grab can be opened and closed freely;

2. Check the positions of the oil holes and fill them with butter;

3. Check whether the connection parts are loose or loose, and must be tightened first;

4. Adjust the wire rope before operation, so that the grab is in a free balance state;

5. Various types of grabs are suitable for grabbing materials. Introduction:

①Lightweight: such as U3, U47 and other models, suitable for grabbing all kinds of coal and coal powder, coal ash powdered slaked lime, blast furnace slag, etc.;

②Medium: such as U2, U45, U50, U63 and other models, suitable for grabbing manganese ore, copper concentrate, zinc concentrate, iron, lead, zinc sinters, slag, sand, lime, gravel, etc.;

③Heavy duty: such as U1, U43, U48 and other models, suitable for grabbing iron ore, magnesium ore, copper ore, lead concentrate, dolomite, massive slaked lime, etc.
