Single-girder cranes, as an important equipment for handling heavy objects in enterprise workshops, are widely used in various industries, bringing a lot of convenience to the production of enterprises. Before use, it needs to be installed correctly. During installation, the main beam is generally erected to the load-bearing beam by hoisting. Single beam cranes generally use hoisting methods

1. The truck crane stops in the middle of the main beam of the single-beam crane, and is slightly close to the side of the heavier main beam, so that the hoisting crane will not tilt, and the electric hoist is installed on the main beam and hoisted at the same time.

2. When hoisting, it should maintain a stable ascent and not sway arbitrarily. In order to enable people to control it, ropes can be tied at both ends of the crane.

3. If the driver's cab needs to be installed, the crane can be hoisted to an appropriate height, and the control room can be bolted to the connecting frame and the connecting seat, and then the connecting seat is welded to the main beam and the cross beam according to the attached drawings.

4. When the single-beam crane is hoisted to over the track, pull the rope to twist the crane, and gradually fall down so that the wheel groove of the crane is aligned with the track and falls slowly.

The hoisting of a single-beam crane generally requires other lifting equipment, such as a truck crane. If the distance between the track and the roof is not high enough, it may be necessary to use a chain hoist for hoisting, but in this case, it will be more laborious and labor-intensive.

If the company is building a new factory building, it can be considered to be hoisted before the factory roof is capped, which is more convenient.

If the main beam of a single-beam crane is relatively long, you can consider using two cranes to cooperate with the lifting operation, which is safer.
