3. The specification and quantity of unpacking inspection shall meet the design requirements, and the accessories and spare parts shall be complete.
4. The technical documents of the product shall be complete, and the appearance inspection shall be free of damage, deformation and corrosion.
5. The installation of sling and free suspension wire of flexible cable shall meet the requirements.
6. The mechanical strength of terminal fixing device and tensioning device shall meet the requirements, and its tension shall be greater than that of sliding wire or sling.
7. When the length of sliding wire and sling is less than or equal to 25m, the adjustment allowance of terminal tensioning device shall not be less than 0.2m.
8. The sag of sliding wire or sling during tensioning shall be selected according to the material specification and installation link temperature, and the sag deviation of sliding wire shall not be greater than 20mm.
9. The cable head of the suspension device shall be reliably fixed with the flexible cable, and the distance between cable heads shall not be greater than 5m.
10. Except for the weak current system, the training on the crane adopts copper core multi strand wires or cables with rated voltage not less than 500V, and the cross-sectional area of multi strand wires shall not be less than 2.5m2. The sectional area of multi strand cable shall not be less than 1.5 ㎡.

How to be a qualified electric hoist

Before each product is produced, the state will have a regulation to limit it. In terms of performance, there will be a specific specification range, which can become a qualified product. The state has also made relevant provisions on the performance requirements of electric hoist accessories.

The insulation resistance of electric hoist at room temperature shall not be less than 1.5 megohm, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 0.1 megohm.

The rated voltage of electric hoist is 380V50Hz and the working ambient temperature is - 25 to + 40 ℃.

The model and parameters of electric hoist shall comply with JB / t9008.1 and GB / t9008.3.

The allowable deviation of lifting speed is ± 5% of the nominal value. The allowable deviation of stellar velocity is ± 15% of the nominal value. The allowable deviation of lifting height is - 5% of the nominal value.

The hoisting mechanism shall be able to bear 1.5 times of the rated load during the static load test and 1.25 times of the rated load during the dynamic load test; Visual inspection shall be conducted after the test, and all load-bearing members shall be free of cracks, permanent deformation and paint peeling, and the joints shall be free of looseness; There shall be no abnormality in the 200 / 1 climbing test; The sliding weight s is less than or equal to V / 100 (V is the stable lifting distance within 1min under load).

Under the condition that the rated load and motor voltage are 85% of the rated voltage, the operation of motor and brake shall be normal; And the motor must have residual magnetic tension.

When equipped with the second brake, its functional requirements are: when the first brake fails, the second brake can reliably support the load.

The hook shall comply with the provisions in GB / t10051.2.

The steel wire rope shall comply with rope 18x7 and rope 6x37 in GB / t8918, and the nominal tensile strength of the steel wire rope shall not be less than 1570mpa.

The steel plates and profiles of the drum, drum shell, trolley wallboard and other important stress-bearing parts shall be manufactured to the working ambient temperature of - 20 ° to + 40 °, and their performance shall not be lower than q234a or Q235B in GB / T700. When the working ambient temperature is - 21 ° to - 25 °, their performance shall not be lower than Q235B, and the low-temperature impact energy (AK) must be less than 27j. When hot rolled or cold drawn steel pipe is used as the drum blank, its material properties shall not be lower than 10 steel in GB / t699.

The performance of gear material of hoisting mechanism shall not be lower than 20CrMnTi and 40MnB in GB / t3077. The performance of gear material of operating mechanism shall not be lower than 45 steel in GB / t699.

The compression spring of the brake shall comply with the provisions of GB / t1239.2, and its accuracy level is level 2.

The performance of guide rope nut, casting wheel material shall not be lower than QT500-7 in GB / t1438. The performance of forged wheel material shall not be lower than 45 steel in GB / t699.

The electric hoist must be sprayed with primer first and then finish paint. After drying, the thickness of each layer of paint film shall not be less than 25 microns, and the thickness of paint film layer shall not be less than 75 microns. The surface shall be uniform, bright and consistent in color without air leakage.

During the manufacturing process of electric hoist, it is necessary to manufacture electric hoist in strict accordance with these specifications and standards, otherwise it will be unqualified products.
