The voltage fluctuation of the power supply system at the point where the feeder of the bridge crane is connected should not exceed ±10% of the additional voltage.

(2) The track equipment of the bridge crane should meet the requirements of GB/T class public service.

The grounding resistance value of the working track of the bridge crane should not be greater than 4Ω.

The altitude of the operating location of the bridge crane equipment should not exceed 1000m (when exceeding 1000m, the capacity of the motor should be checked according to the provisions of GB 755, and when exceeding 2000m, the capacity of the electrical equipment should be checked).

(3) The radiant heat temperature of the hoisted item to the hook of the bridge crane does not exceed 300℃.

(4) Climatic conditions when the bridge crane is working indoors:

The ambient temperature does not exceed +40℃, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +35℃;

The ambient temperature is not lower than -5℃; the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40℃.

(5) Climatic conditions when the bridge crane is operating outdoors:

The ambient temperature does not exceed +40℃, the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +35℃, and the ambient temperature does not exceed -20℃. When the ambient temperature does not exceed +25℃, the relative humidity is temporarily as high as 100%.

(6) The operating wind pressure should not be greater than: 150Pa inland (equivalent to level 5 wind), 250Pa in the coastal area (equivalent to level 6 wind); maximum wind pressure in non-operating conditions: generally 800Pa (equivalent to level 10 wind), It can also be arranged separately.
