1. Boom telescopic safety device

When accidents occur, the boom expansion (extending and retracting are metaphorical to the flexibility within a certain limit) the high-pressure hose or tubing in the cylinder circuit bursts or cuts off (cut; cut off), the balance in the hydraulic circuit The valve functions to lock the working oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder so that the crane will retract by itself, thereby ensuring the security of the operation.

2. Boom luffing safety device

When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or tubing in the boom luffing cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off (cut; cut off), the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit will work, and the lock will come from the bottom of the cylinder. The working oil in the cavity prevents the boom from falling, thereby ensuring the security of the operation.

3. Relief valves in hydraulic system

It can suppress the abnormal high pressure in the circuit to prevent the damage of the hydraulic oil pump and the motor, and prevent it from being in an overload state.

4. Height limit device

After the lifting hook is raised to the specified height, touch the limit weight, turn on the travel switch, the "target aim" light will be on, and the hook will be cut off (cut off; cut off) at the same time. , The boom is extended, and the boom is lowered to ensure safety. The single beam crane has two operation modes: ground and air. 6. Outrigger locking device

When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or tubing leading to the vertical cylinder of the outrigger is broken or cut, the two-way hydraulic lock in the hydraulic system can block the outrigger and block the pressure oil in the two chambers of the cylinder, so that the outrigger does not shrink or shrink. 7. Lifting weight indicator
